Ball chain connector

This is a ball chain connector for ball chains with 3.2mm diameter balls. It is used to connect a short piece of ball chain to a string. The first ball of the chain is inserted into the hole with pliers. The hole has a conic shape that prevents the ball from going out once it is inserted.

This was made to repair a table tennis net. This chain+connector is used to tighten the net.
