Ball Vise Remix

The original design by Gavitka is fantastic. I printed his design and had difficulties with the tolerances being too large or too small. I remodeled the jaws with shims on the jaws and the bottom to tighten the tolerance and remove jaw "wiggle". I also recut the threads on the jaws and adjusted the screw tolerance to 0.25 mm. The original pins were too loose in the holes so I remodeled new pins that fit a little tighter in the holes. I used PLA for the screw and jaws. The jaws were printed at 20% infill and 0.2 layers. The screw was printed at 100% infill and 0.2 layers in the vertical position with a brim and draft shield to improve bed adhesion. Jaws printed upside down with no supports.
