The design is self-explanatory. This is and AIRSOFT replica ballistic knife which could be expelled. Range and power are strictly related to the spring you use; mine shoots 10 meters straight.
The spring is a standard airsoft 14 mm diameter spring but you can scale the whole design to fit in any of your wish.
DO NOT use my design to convert it into a harmful tool, DO NOT install metal blades or anything like that.
Printed with ABS, the blade in particular is a multi-process print with different infill percentages. Try on your own to achieve a good balance of the projectile in flight.
