The trick is to blow up the balloon enough, but not too much. Remade from scratch in Tinkercad with some tweaks; originally based on https://makerworld.com/en/models/112139 by KefmaDE licensed CC-BY-NC-SA. The balloon is MUCH easier to blow up with a tube on the back.
