Balloon Tie/Clip

Simple reusable balloon tie/clip. Avoids having to tie a balloon. Just twist the end of the balloon a couple times, and wrap it around the smaller holes with slots. If you wrap it around both, then one more, it will hold even better. You can tie a ribbon or string through the big holes. It is a little extra thick, because I wanted it to be highly reusable for my purposes and have a good filet to avoid damaging the balloon.
