Ballpoint pen D/4C-type refill case

We have designed a case for D/4C type ballpoint pen refills.This refill is originally for the Mitsubishi Pencil "JETSTREAM PRIME" series; however, we believe it is compatible with any other refill conforming to the same standard.We hope this small idea will be of some help to someone.
