Ballpoint pen

This is a simple ballpoint pen with a twist-on cap.
There are two versions, one for standard G2 111mm ink cartridges and a compact version takes 89 mm cartridges. (I have not tested the 89mm version, so let me know if it works)

I recommend printing the parts vertically in order to avoid supports and with a small layer height to preserve the thread in the plug and body parts.
