bamboo bookmarks

Hi. I have prepared a set of two bookmarks for a book in bamboo theme.I also prepared two different printing profiles, AMS and for those who don't have NO AMS. In AMS profile, filament change automatically.In NO AMS profile, I added a pause when you need to manually change the filament.
