This is an enclosure I created for my A1 mini. I know you are not supposed to enclose the A1 mini, however i live in a dusty house so I created this to keep the printer clean and will open the door and later vent the enclosure to prevent overheating. I designed this enclosure as I was not thrilled with the other options available and I feel this is a very cost effective solution, Requiring just under 2 kg of PLA as well as poster board and plexiglass. I designed this to minimize the total amount of parts and plastic. Each piece is 179x179 mm. I just poked a hole into the posterboard side/top where i wanted the PTFE tube to enter. All panels measure 477 x 477 mm. Gaps will fit a maximum of 6mm thickness. Perfect for posterboard or plexiglass. Door and Top section designed to sit flush to allow for both to be opened if desired (Similar to X1C, etc.). While Side walls are permanently fixed within the box. Uses 11 M3x14 bolts with 9 corresponding nuts and 3 shelf pins for hinges. For refer
