MAKE SURE TO STOP THE INFILL CHIPS AT LAYER 13 IF YOU WANT THEM TO BE FLUSH!!!!!!!!! (2.60 mm). You can pause the print in the slicer by adjusting the right control bar and right clicking to add a layer. Pieces can be popped out (B/C initial layer is Very thin), so dont stress if you put something in the wrong place.
