I was looking for a way to upcycle the cardboard core from Bambu filament spools. While I found many designs online, none of them solved a problem I was facing: I wanted to be able to see what was inside the container without opening it. That’s what inspired this design. At the same time, I realized we use (almost every day) various clear plastic containers, such as fruit containers from grocery stores or croissant containers from Costco. Instead of throwing them away, this design allows you to reuse those transparent plastics as a lid, giving the container visibility while also reducing waste. The design includes a template that helps you easily trace and cut a circular transparent lid from recycled plastic packaging.This design is stackable, allowing you to organize and store multiple containers neatly while saving space.
