This model is used to find the settings for X-Y hole and contour compensation. After printing measure the dimensions of the outside rectangle. Subtract your printed dimensions from the actual and divide by 2. This number will be your new variable for X-Y compensation. Enter this number into orca, reprint and repeat as needed. Hole compensation is found by the same steps except you will be measuring the inside diameters of the square and circle. Positive numbers make the outside or inside dimensions larger. Negative numbers will make them smaller.Example:Your print has an outside length of 89.97mm. The actual length should be 90mm. Therefore 90-89.97=0.03 0.03/2=0.015 Enter 0.015 into the X-Y contour compensation in orca and repeat the process. Dimensions:Rectangle 90mm x 60mm Square 40mm x 40mmCircle 22mm diameterAs for Z height the model is 5mm tall. If your height is off you can compensate by changing the Z height dimension under scale in orca.
