Band Nerd D&D Polyhedral Dice

My sister is a *HUGE* band nerd and a pretty big gaming nerd as well. For her birthday I found a neat D20 online that used notes on the treble clef as values instead of numbers. I thought it would be a huge waste to only give her a D20. I could not find any other good music-themed dice, so I created some customizations from the "Blank Polyhedral RPG Dice" created by eutanzi.
