This is an insert for the Outdoor Products Watertight Case - Small

to hold the Baofeng UV-5R series of radios, particularly with the standard antenna and an extended battery. I designed it off of the F8HP, which is externally identical to the UV-5R as far as I can tell.
The insert indexes off of the corner reinforcements in the box. It fits perfectly with the tolerances of my printer.
I've updated the model on 2017-08-14
Remaining problems:
1. Antenna security. Some sort of latch, or a mating insert for the box top, will be necessary to secure it.
Solved problems:
1. Battery compartment Z-position.
2. Radio friction-fit.
