BAOFENG UV-5R Mini Stand

Small and simple discrete stand for the BAOFENG UV-5R Mini. Modeled by hand from my own handset.

Holds the radio at a 4 degree angle to improve center of mass and stop the stock radio from wanting to fall forward. Has slots that slide into the battery to hold it stable. This can be used to hold batteries that are not in a radio as well so you can use this as a charging stand as well as it features a large passthrough hole for USB-C cable.

There is enough clearance to not worry about scratching your radio when placing or removing it from the stand and it would probably be easy to line the inside with felt if you printed this at >100%. I didn't need to use any supports for the overhang but depending on how nice you want your finish, you may want to use a support there.

This stand works great to use the radio as a scanner. The front face is flat so it's easy to customize or add 3D text prior to printing, or affix a label after printing.
