Baofeng UV5R Button Shroud

The original this is remixed off of makes it too difficult to press the side buttons at all. I've enlarged the button holes on the side which makes it possible to press the call and monitor buttons. I've also removed the accessory cover on the right to accommodate plugging and unplugging mics and speakers without having to take the entire shroud out.
