Bar Clip (1 inch)

This is a bar clip for 1 inch weight bars to replace screw on clips. To assemble, take 1 M5 nut and use a soldering iron to melt it into the base of the clip. Use a heat gun to heat the head of a 15mm M5 socket headed screw, then gently press the head of the screw into the base of the knob. Place the assembled clamp on the end of the bar and screw down the clamp to tighten.
