Barnakl Pro Mounting Jig

Designed this simple jig to speed up install of the mounting plates for the Barnakl Pro kits. They come with a paper thing, but it's slow and this goes way faster with hard reference points. At this point it takes me less time to install them than clean the surface. I did all 4 ceiling fans in my house with this and haven't noticed any wobble. The puck isn't completely centered on the blade, but it's mounted consistantly accross all of them and that maters more for balance. InstallClean the surface before installing. Place the jig and hold it against the long edge and butt it up against the short.I come in at an angle with the base and align it in the jig. (this will take 1 or 2 to get used to)Press down and smooth it out and then move to the next blade.
