Base for Quick Release Mic Mount

This is a base that mates with the [On-Stage U-Mount Quick Release Mic Mount UM-97](https://on-stage.com/products/view/10490 "On-stage website"). I have the [On-Stage universal phone/tablet mounting kit TCM1908](https://on-stage.com/products/view/11949/121998 "universal phone/tablet mounting kit") and wanted extra bases, but this is useful for anywhere you want to mount a microphone that can be quickly released.
