Some holes weren't spot on in the original, which makes it difficult to drive a screw through. Dragonzreaper tried to make the holes bigger, but they were still not perfectly alligned. So I adjusted some holes, and now they are perfect (see image).
I created a tube to drive through the holes in the legs. This can be used for storing loose wires.
I also created a front leg to fit a PWM controller, coz my fans are PWM controlled. I bought this PWM controller: https://amzn.eu/d/0ckvg0NG. Find something similar.
I discovered with a thermal camera that the hottest components in the control box are 3 parallel resistors (see thermal image and a photo) and a thermistor. I have been told that it is normal for this thermistor to get that hot. The resistors were about 75°C and rose even to 90°C when I removed the new "fan base" ;-) for half a minute or so. I focused on controlling the temperature of the resistors. I squeezed my PWM controler thermistor (not the hot one in the control box!) bet
