Created a Winners Medal for our monthly Strava challange, text can be easily added in Bambu Studio or in Fusion360.I like to put the title on the front using fusion 365 and then on the reverse side you can add the winners name, either extrude or cut into the model both work but cutting into the model I feel looks better. choice as usual is yours
