This is just a simple oar since nobody makes a good basic one that fits on an RNLI D class that is FREE! This is made for the D class so is very long compared to the 'head' bit, you can cut the long bit down if its too long but you wont find another one with this shape for free!
print at 20% infill and settings dont matter too much, 100% scale works with the D class bits I have up. it should scale down well.
you can also sand down either side at an angle to make it more oar like.
