Basic stem holder for Kvart lamp

I needed a quick mount for the Kvartt lamp, the base is ok but gets in the way and I wanted to mount the lamp from a vertical set of shelves in the garage. The slot on the back could be made a little wider at a depth of about 5 mm if you want the cable gland to sit lower, but it works for me.
