SummaryI needed a set of handcuffs or "batcuffs" for the utility belt of my son's Batman Halloween costume. So I remixed a simple set of cuffs to include half of the matching Batman emblem from his costume. I also included a belt holder for the cuffs. The holder is designed to be attached to the utility belt with Velcro.
