The STL file is for just one half of the mould, print twice to make the top and bottom pieces, as they exactly the same.
The Bath bomb makings need to be compressed. I suggest stuffing as much as you can into the bottom half, piling it high, then compressing. Ideally you would know the correct weight of material to make a nice clean spherical bath bomb.
I have not tested making bath bombs in one of these (it was a request). Over on the r/FunctionalPrint reddit there was a suggestion that the compressed bath bomb material might stick to the mould. To avoid this try experimenting with releasing agents such as talc or an aqueous creme, or both maybe or something else.
