Battery Crate

"minor" remix of Marzochi's battery beer crates in which I went a bit crazy:

- reduced the material weight by approx 30%
- significantly increased the print time :-(

- added a couple of variants
- Added an 2CR5 variant as requested by Zimzter
- modified TS1234ok's CR2032 insert to reduce weight and have the same footprint as a 9V battery (full compatibility)
- Added my own 45degree C2032 9V insert (I suggest printing lying down)
- Revised the E96 9V so that it will fit in 3 of the 5 9V slots
- added an empty 9V insert that will fit in all 5 slots (same footprint as a 9V battery),
- added half height variants
