Battery Holder

Quick release holder for the Rage 7.4v 500mAh LiPo battery pack. I'm using this for my welding hood blower and other projects. Holes are for M3 flat head screws but 6-32 screws will work too. Alternately foam sticky tape can be applied to the flat square beneath. Battery is a friction fit and the small outer lip helps a bit too.
The 'Perch' is designed to hold the battery box aft of the pivot point of a welding hood, to better distribute the load and to make the hood stay up when needed.
