Here is a holder for 2xAA batteries with a switch function. You only need one rubber band and some stripped wire.
There is no need for support if you print in the orientation shown in the picture.
The "batt lock" is to keep the batteries in the holder, but it is not needed when the holder is in horizontal position.
You need to print two buttons.
It may be a good idea to use some glue on the two buttons and two covers, and maybe some grease on the "switch plate"
The two "ears" on each side where the wires go are designed for cable ties.
The model in the pictures is printed with PLA using a 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height and 20% infill.
The stripped wires are from a standard power cord.

It is probably not a good idea to use carbon filament, since carbon is conductive.
