Battery Load Panel & Button Mod

This is a replacement panel for the battery load case found here:

This fixes the issue with the original switched being too recessed to be depressed.

I found that once the circuit board was in place hitting the switch through the hole was problematic.

I also removed the toggle switch hole. It is trivial to add it back with the enclosed Freecad File.
