Bayonet Lock

Generalized library for creating pairs of bayonet fastener components. Based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3471896

Added minor update to put computation of cylinder radii into a function, so external components can get the same values as module creates without replicating code. This would also simplify things if a developer wanted to use thinner walls for "pins" than "locks"...they would only have to rework the function "cylinder_radii()".
