I found some really old ABS plastic on a way-too-large spool to fit the stock spool holders. I was able to wedge two of the stock holders into the spool to be able to print these extended versions.
I'm pretty surprised that three year old ABS prints so well after spending 24 hours in a food dehydrator running at max heat setting.
One could probably get away with using PLA to print these, but they may break sooner with PLA than with ABS.
