Bear Skull

So this is the skull of a norwegian brown bear, its from the museum collection of Tromsø. The cranium was chose for 3D scannig because it shows sign of bullet wound trauma at the top of the cranium. It took three shots before the bear went down, and its representead by three clear bullet holes, the reason for it beeing put down is because it wandered to close to society and became a danger. It is scanned on a moose lite 3D-scanner with about 4 scanns in total. This was done as a practice excersise to document white clear reflective bone, somewhat of a stress test for the scanner. I would say the result turned out great. This is not a project done with the museum of tromsø, just a personal project for me.
