Bearing board

The bearing board is a spinning board which needs a bearing. 608ZZ bearing size.It works by putting the bearing in the hole in the upper part. And than putting the knob on the lower part in the bearing hole. I dont exactly know what this is used for, but its a cool little gadget. The normal size of the board is 10x 10x cm large on each side. If the board makes some scraping sound, and wont spin. Then i suggest pulling making a space in the middle (in the 1st picture). Let me know if somethings wrong/not in place.
