Hi everyone,
Below is a material list with an assembly guide. I printed the TPU heart with a support structure at 10% density. However, removing it still requires some effort.
You will need something to cut a thin brass tube, such as a Dremel with a suitable attachment, and a vice.
Parts:
M3x12 (1x) From the upper right heart chamber to the gearbox.
M3x8 (2x) From the under right and under left heart chamber to the gearbox.
M3x20 (1x) From the upper left heart chamber to the gearbox.
M3 lock nuts (5x) 4 for the external wheels, one is placed in a designated hexagonal hole between the motor and the gearbox housing.
M2 lock nuts (6x) 2 for the hinge flap 4 for the flexible joints
DIN 912 M2x6 (3x) 1 for the hinge flap at the upper part of the heart. The other two are for the motor cover.
DIN 912 M2x10 (9x) 1 for the hinge flap at the lower part of the heart. The other eight are screwed around the heart using the soldered-in Ruthex threaded inserts.
