Hey'o
Just a 5000x5000x200µm tile (5x5x0.2mm) for bed levelling and Z height calibration.
In your slicer program, set first layer to 0.2mm, just stick one near each levelling screw (allowing for the skirting run), print, peel off with a sharpish thingy and measure with Vernier calipers.
For those without Vernier calipers, a visual guide:
If it doesn't extrude, you may have a clog, or you're too low.
If you see sharp convex ridges on the finish, you're a little too low.
If you see round concave ridges, you're maybe okay, maybe a little high.
If you see gaps in the infill and perimeters, you're too high (or your extrusion is out, check thickness in this case).
Smooth finish/small sharp ridges = perfect!
M3 screws: 1/4 turn = 150µm.
Others: Check the pitch.
Good luck!
