This is a Bed handle for the Ender 3, which does not require any support to be printed, I don't have the real-life photos of it because I actually remix it with something else!
But if you want just the handle here is the file for just that!
The remixed version of this I've successfully printed with the following settings:
0.4 mm nozzle
The resolution of 0.2 mm
Alternating extra walls
15% Infill
7 Top/Bottom layers
Ironing to make it smooth to the touch, which it gave a really nice finish.
