Bed Leveling Test for 0.4 Nozzle

Yet another bed leveling test: Small squares consisting of narrow strips with a width of 0.4mm and a spacing of 0.4mm each. The hight is 0.2mm (i.e. one single layer if standard quality is used for slicing). This allows a more precise judgement of the bed leveling situation than filled squares or circles or single lines.
