Bed Riser for Silicone Dampeners

I Added Bed Insulation to my 3D Printer, but the bed kept rubbing to the Y-Axis motor, so that the whole Bed had to be on a higher level to clear the Y- Axis steppermotor.
Now nothing is rubbing anymore.
It Slips right into the silicone dampeners, and is held in place with the bigger hole of the dampeners.
Raised Height: 3mm
