Bedjet hose holder

A replacement hole holder (top part) for the bed jet. This doesn't include clips since I simply tuck the sheet around the hose outlet.

The openscad code is slightly wonky because I needed to hull() around just the intersection of the two main parts. The end result seems reasonable though.
