My roommate and I got bunk beds recently so that we could get more space in our dorm room. It's worked out great so far, except the one problem I have on the top bunk is that I have nowhere to put my phone at night since I need it close to wake me up and I don't feel comfortable just having it sit on the bed next to me since I'm 10 feet off the ground.
So I decided to make this. A shelf that fits onto the side of the bed frame. I designed it for my phone, which is an iPhone 6 with an Otterbox, so it should fit most phones pretty easily.
I've only printed the original, not Phone Shelf 2, so far. I realized after I finished printing the first version that having a little indent to make it easier to pull the phone out and to make more space for a charger would be a good idea, but it really isn't a big deal to not have it so I don't think I need to use the extra plastic to make a whole new shelf. I see no reason why those changes would cause any problems when printing though so lon
