I found the original design to be a bit flimsy and thin, so I recreated it and fed it some calories to fatten it up. The screw hole is 2.8mm on this version, which means the M3 bolt can screw straight in without needing to drill out the hole.
Printed at 210°C, 6 walls, 8 top/bottom layers, 20% infill. Used a M3x14mm Allen (Hex) Cap bolt. PLA seems fine for the job thusfar, though ST-PLA would be much stronger.
Included are OBJ and STL files for the same item.
