Makes
Simple 2 part beglery bead (25 mm diameter), suitable for 6mm paracord.
In-build 0.2 tolerance on screw to be able to print on Ender 3 S1. Probably will need to scale up the plug for more modern printers.
Flathead screw can be used to drive in the plug.
###Printing
- No support required, ensure that bead is screw side up, screw is flathead side up.
- I've only tested PETG, suppose PLA should work well.
Probably will not work with TPU. Leave a make photo if you succeed!
###Assembly
- Print 2 sets of beads
- Measure and cut about 20 cm of paracord (6 mm). For more flex remove internal cordage and only leave the sleeve.
- Tie simple knot at the end and thread both beads such that screw holes point outward
- Tie 2nd knot
- Using flathead screwdriver, screw in corresponding parts
- Enjoy!
###Notes
- For me 50% to 75% infill work best for more heft. You can also use small washer or nut to add extra weight.
