This is a customizable rack to take advantage of the space behind a panel of pegboard to store additional tools. It assumes the pegboard is mounted on studs with the top open and reachable. The space behind is typically unused except for tiny areas around the holes where the support part of hooks poke through from the front. This model is designed to allow ample clearance for those but take advantage of that unused space. Settings include the number of things you want to hang, the thickness of the pegboard (US standard thickness are supported), the diameter of the tool shafts, and the spacing of the holders. The default design is as shown, appropriate for a set of spade bits, but you can easily customize to match the sizes of a set of screwdrivers or whatever else you have that has a shaft with a wider part it can hang by.
