This device is a compact belt cutter designed to integrate a standard double-edged razor blade. For optimal performance, the blade holder component should be produced with either 100% infill or alternatively, with 10 layers each at the top and bottom.During the printing process, it is critical to pause the print at a layer 9, considering a layer resolution of 0.15mm, to insert the blade. Prior to insertion, ensure that the blade is thoroughly cleaned to remove any traces of oil or grease. The blade can then be permanently positioned using a small quantity of super glue. It also help using a thin layer of gluestick on top of the razor blade for better adhesion with the first print layer after the pause. The included print profile has been configured to accommodate these specifications. Materials needed other than PLA:1x Double sided razor bladesmall amount of super glue
