I tried a number of diffent tensioners but didn't find any that printed well and were easy enough to fine tune. So I threw this together. It worked well, if not quite as I visualized, after the first iteration so I did not bother to put any polish on it. It's not obvious from the picture but not all faces are co-planar. It does work very well though if you have the space for it.
You will need to print two of these.
I borrowed code to generate the belt "slot" and teeth from Chowderhead. That scad file is here: [https://github.com/0xPIT/rostock/blob/master/cogsndogs.scad](https://github.com/0xPIT/rostock/blob/master/cogsndogs.scad)
He has a great deal of useful code there and here on Thingiverse.
I borrowed the hex nut capture socket from Airtripper's project "Hex Nut Capture Socket Sizing Calibration" [http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:153394](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:153394)
