Belt Pulley Alignment Tool

Belt Pulley Alignment ToolUpdate 2025/12/11: included step file so you can tweek in any CAD program. This tool is for the P1 and X1 series. It will aid in aligning the belt to center on the tensioner pulley of the gantry. When adjusting belt tension, you can minutely adjust the alignment to perfectly center the belt on the pulley. Requires 4 pcs - M3x16 Allen screws and nuts (two for each pair).See the video on how to assemble and place the tools on the tensioner pulley. To use:Loosen the screws on the tensioner pulley.Place the tool in the gap as shown in the video.Move the gantry back and forth to see which side the belt leans to.Note which side where the belt leans closer to. Tighten the screw slightly on the tool near that side.Loosen slightly if it goes over the other side / Tighten more if needed.Repeat steps 3~5 until belt stays mostly center. Move the gantry all the way to the back with the toolhead in the center. Tighten the screws on the tensioner pulley and remove the Tools.
