Belt stick

This is a belt stick used to sand tight corners. This design uses a 319 - 330 mm (12-9/16" - 13") long per 10 mm (3/8") wide sandbelt. The spring is 14.5 mm OD x 12.5 mm ID x 65.5 mm extended length.

It is best printed on its side using support material. The small 5 mm hole running trough the body is to allow air to flow out when submerged in water if PVA is used or D-Limonene if HIPS is used. Other type of non-soluble support can be used but they are going to be hard to remove from the hole.
