Those bench cookies are inspired by this design :

They are helpful to raise your workpiece to avoid scratching your work surface while sanding, routing, or sawing.

To 3D print those cookies, you'll need to insert pauses during the print to integrate two nuts (I designed the component with embedded nuts to avoid having multiple parts to assemble:
-1 M4 --> This nut will be used to secure the lid
-1 M8 --> this nut is used to attache accessories to the Bench Cookie.
The first pause needs to be placed at 11mm to insert the M8 nut
The second pause at 17mm to insert the M4 nut
