BenChooChoo | Benchy Train

BenChooChoo, the Benchy train! Complete with cow catcher, boiler tank, oversized smokestack, and optional base with train wheels! The wheels are fixed and do not spin, some assembly is required if you choose to print this optional add-on. Wheel to pin tolerance is 0.20mm. I did not use adhesive for my assembly or images, although you may choose to do so if the tolerance ends up being loose, or adjust your XY hole compensation in your slicer accordingly for wheels which are too tight/loose. To honor the spirit of Benchy, this model prints without any supports and features extra overhangs, bridges, and a small contact area on the cattle catcher to test the limits of your bed adhesion.
