This was the final design of my first benchtop tool holder and my first large 3D printing project. I designed it in Freecad and printed it on an Ender 3 S1.
Quick tip, when printing the top and bottom, if you want to change the orientation, you can flip them over and print them top-side down. Also, the side in contact with the build plate will be smoother.
On the smaller tubes, there are two versions. There's one that's 100 mm deep and one that's 20 mm deep. If you've got short things like tweezers, you may want to pick that one and strategically place it in the assembly.
I've also tweaked the design a little bit from the photo to simplify it and reduce the number of parts and make it more efficient.
